The main objective is to expand and diversify research, innovation and development activities in South Ostrobothnia (Finland) by utilizing the regional research capacity and the idiosyncrasies of South Ostrobothnia’s scientific community. To achieve the main objective, new collaborative procedures and ways of action are created and experimented. The key idea is that these procedures can applied easily in several different contexts. The aim is to facilitate and speed up the use of scientific knowledge in the interface of applied research and development work (R&D).
