Yesterday and today the Library has had problems with sending item available notices and overdue notices because of a device failure. To make sure, we have sent some notices twice to customers.
At the moment the problem is being resolved. We apologize for the delay of notices and for the double notices.
Remember, that according to the Library’s circulation rules the customers themselves have to take care of renewal and returning of their loans in time. Even if the Library’s notices have not arrived at all the customer still has to pay the possible overdue charges. More about the circulation instructions on our website.
